Tier 1 Support Rep

RELENTLESS Venture Studio is looking to add a technologically proficient support rep. As a Tier 1 Support Rep, you will be the first point of contact for incoming support requests for our portfolio of SaaS products.

Primary responsibility: efficiently manage incoming support requests via phone, chat, and our online ticketing system. The ideal candidate will be a self-starting problem solver that actively looks for ways to prevent recurring support requests, either by suggesting improvements to our products, or by creating documentation that helps users to self-educate.

As the gate-keeper for Tier 2 support, you will evaluate all issues to determine if they can be solved at the Tier 1 level, or if they need to be escalated to Tier 2 or to our development team.

Secondary responsibilities:

  • Writing documentation
  • Managing onboarding of new user accounts
  • Assisting with QA and user testing on software development projects
  • Miscellaneous projects - we're a small, nimble team, and there's always something new and interesting to collaborate on!

Sales Executive

San Luis Obispo, California based venture firm RELENTLESS Venture Studio is looking to add career-minded Sales Executives to a number of their portfolio companies. These are career sales positions that include building relationships with prospective buyers of software and/or license platforms. Full training will be provided and most positions are supported by our business development contact center.

Roles/Duties:

  • Direct Lead Generation
  • Conducting Virtual Sales Presentations via Zoom
  • Full Sail end to end contract sales
  • Regular reporting of activities and sales cycle analysis
  • Creating and utilizing CRM automations

Compensation:

  • OTE $60,0000 to $120,000

Business Development Caller

San Luis Obispo, California-based venture firm RELENTLESS Venture Studio is looking to add driven Business Development Callers to their Sales Division. This is an outbound, inside sales position that includes reaching out to cold and warm leads by both phone and email. We are looking for someone who is comfortable making a high number of calls each day, and can adjust between multiple sales projects in the same week. The primary goal will be setting phone-call appointments for our Sales Executives and Management Teams.

Roles/Duties:

  • Appointment setting
  • Lead cultivation
  • Prospecting
  • Outbound phone sales (cold and warm leads)

Ideal Candidate Should:

  • Be comfortable making up to 100 calls per day
  • Be comfortable doing both B2B and B2C sales
  • Work well in a team setting
  • Be versatile and able to move between various sales projects, sometimes in the same day
  • Want to grow and advance within the company

Compensation:

  • $18/hour base rate of pay, plus uncapped commission
